Jim Rohn begins his video by stating that we have a gift.
That gift is how we communicate and the power of language.
The greatest gift is our language, our ability to speak and frame words to create images and pictures.
This helps people understand things they couldn’t see before.
He goes on to say that in the beginning God spoke and said, “let there be light”, and there was light.
There is more than one light.
We create sight which is light in a form, by helping people see through the usage of our language.
He asked a question: How about if someone comes along and can not see?
You came along and told your story.
Once you’ve told your story, they tell you, now I can see.
By your language and your story, the individual can now see.
This person was in the dark, blind, couldn’t see but now you’re language, your story, now they can see.
The more you talked, the brighter the images and the imagination .
Helping people to see is one of the greatest gifts.
Words are so powerful if they’re framed right and said with sincerity.
Words create images, words that express life, words that express experiences, words that express your ideas, is one of the greatest gifts you can bestow.
Teaching is one of the greatest senses of accomplishments.
Helping somebody learn; helping somebody take early steps in a new career; early steps as an entrepreneur, showing somebody the way through the gift of words; the gift of language.
Words are like a light for your pathway so you can see where to go.
Showing someone the steps to take and showing someone the way to go is immeasurable and helpful.
Having good communication is key.
Have something good to say.
Try to recall and remember, keep a journal of your experiences because as you live your life, you’re going to have something good to say; one from your failures; two from your success.
You’re going to have something better to say from the mistakes you’ve made and how you corrected them and bailed yourself out.
Instead of keeping ideas in your head, write it down so that it’s logged and recorded to use in the future.
The key to speaking well is preparation.
Always prepare for those steps and stages in our life’s.
